Unmatched Customer Service

Ordered a Silver/Gold fountain pen. Was impressed with what I got for what I paid.About two days in, the cap separated from the inner retainer sleeve. It is not a Mountblanc or a Parker Duafold, but it is a great fountain pen. The nib is one of the smoothest I have ever used and comes in my favorite broad size. 5 stars and worth everyone

Extraordinary

This is a beautiful pen, both to admire and write with. I received one for Christmas and could not have been more pleased, until I dropped it on the floor and ruined the nib. I contacted Scriveiner and inquired about purchasing a replacement nib. Without me asking they offered to replace the entire pen at no charge. This was a very classy move by a top-notch company.
