I expected a mediocre product for the price and your typical now serving no. 108... NEXT... or a bunch of pretentious snob's. You have a customer for life. The pen is very high-quality with matte metal that is actually black metal, I was expecting that after a few days, I would see the black start to come off but after 8 months it is still looking and feeling amazing. The writing is very very smooth and just glides over the page in a very satisfying way. It is very simple to replace the ink when it runs out because it uses cartridges. After 8 months of regular use and no maintenance the top of the cap did break off however this was most likely my fault as the part that broke was directly connected to the clip on the top which I used to unscrew it. When I emailed customer support, a lovely woman named Cathrine got back to me within a maximum of 10 minutes, was very polite, and immediately offered to replace the pen at no charge. After a few emails back and forth everything was sorted out. I would highly suggest a Scriveiner Pen to anyone who is looking for an easy-to-use, quality fountain pen.

Very nice looking pen. Nice weight. Not to heavy or light Converter and two ink cartridges. One blue, one black included. Writes nice and smooth, comfortable to hold.
